He is a stalwart in the field of aircraft engineering bringing with him 5 decades of experience in training aircraft engineers, in Indian Airlines - Mumbai/Kolkata, Malaysian Airlines - Kuala Lumpur, Emirates Airlines – Dubai and at ST Aerospace - Singapore. He has also trained Pilots on A300, B777, B737, and B747-200/300 at Malaysia Airlines. He is a Trainer approved by EASA and CAAS. Additionally he is a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer holding licenses with GCAA, EASA and CAAS and to conduct Airbus A318, A319, A320, A321, Boeing 777-200/300, Airbus A330-200/300, and A380-800 Aircraft Type Courses in B1 and B2 for LAEs. Approved by UAE GCAA to conduct Aircraft Type courses on Boeing 777-200/300/300ER/200LR/200F, Airbus A380-800, A330-200, A340-500, A340-300 courses for Engineers and Mechanics. In March 2024 he has been approved as an EASA 147 (EU/Croatia) Type Training Instructor to conduct aircraft Type courses on A320 family, A330 family, B777-200/300, and A380 -800 courses in Both B1 and B2 categories. He is also a free lance Consultant for IACT, Dubai (Commercial branch of GCAA, UAE ) to conduct all Basic courses like Air legislation, Human factors, CAR 147, CAR 66 etc. since 2021.
A graduate in mechanical engineering with more than 38 years of experience and holds a DGCA, AME License in B1.1 category for Airbus 300, 310 and Boeing 747, 777, 787 aircraft. During his time at Air India he has handled many foreign airlines like Singapore Airlines, Qatar Airways, Saudi Airlines, Kuwait Airways, Royal Jordan Airlines etc, within India and at many international Airports like Kuwait, Nairobi, Rome, Milan, Dammam, Singapore, Kuala lumpur, Tel Aviv, Muscat, etc. His USP was efficient and safe handling of Flights by avoiding & reducing delays and AOG situations. He has completed all the EASA modules of B1.1 category and has experience of Quality Management System involving in regular audits by DGCA, IOSA and International Agencies like Singapore and Qatar Airways. He brings with him all this immence industry knowledge and experience into the classroom.
Mr. Prem Narain Ojha is an ardent Indian Air Force veteran having served for 29 years at various front line locations pan India. He brings decades of maintenance experience on Combat Aircraft - Mig 27 and Transport Aircraft - Dakota DC-3. Apart from being a part of the maintenance crew of Surface to Air Missiles and Air Defence Systems, he was also actively engaged in Training as a Qualified Technical Instructor at the Air Force Training Institute. Post his retirement in 2009, he joined as an Instructor in DGCA approved Aircraft Maintenance Training Organization. His cognitive skills, empathy, patient attitude, consistent quality in collaborative Training methods and his rapport with faculty members to guide and instill confidence in them are what makes him stand apart.
A graduate mechanical engineer and an Indian Air Force veteran bringing with him more than 40 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, operation and quality of Military and Civilian aircraft. He has served with distinction and been recognised with a commendation by the ‘Chief of Air staff,’ for his distinguished service in the IAF. He was a Flight Engineer in the military transport aircraft category with more than 2000 hrs of flying experience which includes test flights of aircraft and it's system. For 15 years he had been dedicated to the Civil Aviation Industry to design, develope & manufacture aircraft and it's components. He ensures efficient conduct of examinations as per the DGCA CAR requirements.
A highly accomplished professor, holds a degree from reputed universities in the field of Management. Her extensive publications in Scopus, UGC care Journal, National and International Journals cover diverse management topics. She act as a member of BOE and Co-opt Member in BBA(Aviation Management) of Bengaluru North University. She serves as an Associate Editor on various editorial boards. Her commitment to continuous learning is evident through certifications from IIM, NPTEL and Airport Council International. Awarded for teaching and research excellence, she stands as a distinguished symbol, shaping the academic and professional growth of her students and peers.
A postgraduate in M.Tech from VTU and he was also conferred with a PhD. A true academician with over 25 years of teaching experience from various Engineering institutes. His core proficiencies are in the areas of Heat Transfer Analysis and performance of the Internal Combustion Engine. His critical thinking abilities, academic knowledge and experience of various educational philosophies has been crucial for enhancing the overall student teacher relationship. He motivates, nurtures and creates interest within the students through engineering disciplines and other domains of interest of the student. He is a good listener, possesses the great ability to understand any situations, a self-disciplined personality and has been adopting professional ethical values throughout his teaching career.
